Self-Application 

  • Detailed CV of the candidate (in relation to Sabancı University)
  • Self-Nomination letter not exceeding 3 pages, referring to the award criteria and stating the evidence documents (in 12 pt - Times New Roman)
  • Supporting Evidence Documents related to the evidence specified in the self-nomination letter (maximum 10 documents such as articles, patents etc.) 
  • Names of the proposed external evaluators who may be considered for inclusion in the external evaluator pool (The proposed external evaluator must not have any co-authored publications with the candidate)

Nomination

  • Nomination letter explaining your reason(s) for nominating this person, referencing the award evaluation criteria. (In order to ensure an independent evaluation, your name will not be shared with the review panel members.)
